As Africa is vast, the optimal time to visit a park varies from country to country. Typically, June to October marks an ideal period for most national parks across Africa, characterised by the dry season and the Wildebeest Migration. For witnessing the Great Migration spectacle, November and December are considered the prime months.

Travellers to Tanzania can obtain a visa upon entry, while those heading to South Africa and Kenya need to apply for and secure a visa before arrival. Visa requirements differ across African countries, so it's essential to check the specific regulations for each destination.

In a wildlife safari in Africa, the term "Big 5" indicates animals like lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo and rhinoceros. These animals were historically considered the most difficult to hunt on foot and were also the most dangerous to hunters when cornered. Even today, spotting the Big 5 is a major draw for tourists visiting Africa.

Plan to spend at least 7-10 days exploring a single country in Africa to fully experience its attractions. If you opt for a multi-country itinerary, allocate approximately 12-14 days to ensure you have enough time to explore each destination thoroughly.

Wildlife Safaris in Africa are conducted with expert guides accompanying the visitors and there is nothing to worry about. It is absolutely safe to take children to the game drives. However, it is better to avoid taking infants, as they might get too scared or irritated and might cause interruptions in a smooth drive.

It's advisable to wear comfortable, lightweight clothing in light colours during safaris. Opt for long-sleeved shirts and pants to shield yourself from the sun and insects. For walking safaris, closed-toe shoes with sturdy traction are recommended. Additionally, a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses offer extra protection from the sun's rays.

Along with the popular game drives, wildlife enthusiasts can also opt for walking safaris. Both the game drives and walking safaris are completely accompanied by trained and expert guides.

On arrival at the airport, tourists are welcomed by the tour representative. Thereafter, the following inclusions are present throughout the wildlife tour - game drives, bush walks, cultural activities, relaxation time, and other optional activities like hot air balloon safari, horse ride, mountain hiking, rafting, kayaking and canoeing, and many more.
